Mr. Colmar is a co-founder and sponsor of the creation and financing of Quanta Services, Centerprise Advisors, Digital Music Group and Trans-India Acquisition Corp.

Craig Colmar

Mr. Colmar is a senior partner at the law firm of Johnson and Colmar. Mr. Colmar has over 25 years of legal experience in corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions and private and public debt and equity financings, including IPO¹s and follow-on offerings. Mr. Colmar served as a member of the team responsible for the creation and public financing of Quanta Services and as a co-founder and sponsor of the creation and public financing of Digital Music Group and Trans-India Acquisition Corp.

Richard Rees

Mr. Rees has 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial organization, restructuring and operations. Private equity financings include the creation, growth and profitable divestiture of two FM radio stations, one to Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and an online digital music distribution company, Rio Bravo Entertainment. Mr. Rees is co-founder and sponsor of the creation and public financing of Digital Music Group and Trans-India Acquisition Corp.

Mr. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years experience in a wide range of finance activities, including serving as Financial Officer and CIO of A.G. Spanos Companies, one of the largest commercial and residential real estate development companies in the North America and owners of the San Diego Chargers football team, as well as the Spanos Berberian Wine Company and Bell Wine Cellars in Napa Valley, California.

Mr. Haigler has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. Mr. Haigler served 10 years as a securities analyst focusing on a wide range of industries and 15 years as a financial analyst focusing on entrepreneurial and corporate finance. Mr. Haigler has also served as CFO or principal for various companies involved in initial public offerings, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Haigler is a co-founder and sponsor of Quanta Services, Centerprise Advisors, and Digital Music Group.
